Fight leads to fatal shooting at gas station on Green Bay and Capitol

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man was killed late Monday night following a shooting incident on the city's north side.
According to police, a physical altercation between the victim and suspect lead up to the shooting.
The victim, a 40-year-old man, was shot during the incident and died on scene due to his injuries despite life-saving efforts.
A suspect is in police custody.
