Father Arrested in Kenosha after 2-Month-Old Dies

A man was taken into custody after his two-month-old died in Kenosha.

Kenosha Police Department officers and Kenosha Fire Department personnel responded on April 11 at 3:00 PM to a residence in the 4700 block of 7th Ave for a report of a 2 month old infant pulseless and not breathing.

Kenosha Fire Department personnel attempted to revive the male child, but resuscitation was unsuccessful.

Through investigation by detectives, the infant’s father, 34 years old, was taken into custody in connection with the death.

Charges are being forwarded to the Kenosha County District Attorney for reckless homicide. A bond hearing was scheduled for the afternoon of April 13.
