Update: All NB lanes open on I-41/94 at Chase Ave after fatal crash investigation

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- All lanes are back open along I-43/94 at Howard Ave. this morning following a deadly overnight crash. Freeway was closed for more than 6-hours.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash near I-41/94 at Chase Ave.

According to DOT, the crash closed northbound lanes right after 11 p.m., Wednesday night.

The Medical Examiner's Office confirms they responded to the scene for two victims.

At this time, all northbound lanes are still closed.

Traffic will exit Holt Ave. and head east to Chase Ave. (WIS 38) then north to 4^th St where they can rejoin freeway at Becher.
