MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It was a busy night Friday in Milwaukee’s Deer District as thousands of fans made their way through.
It was a night for the history books as Landmark Credit Union Live made its debut, with its first concert featuring Rainbow Kitten Surprise.
“It’s really cool,” said Dmarco Maratea, who attended the concert. “I could just imagine all the different types of like bands and concerts being held here and I think it’s going to be great.”
Fans say the new venue just adds to the fun in the Deer District.
“It offers a good transition,” said Austin Immerfall. “A venue of this size, next to a venue that size right next to the Fiserv. I think the size of band they can bring in is so diverse. I think it’s honestly awesome for Milwaukee in general.”
Just next-door thousands of bucks fans came ready to rally and say they are soaking up every second of the nice weather while it lasts.
“Hopefully it stays like this and it doesn’t get cold again and snow,” said Noa Russell.
