Family's home destroyed in overnight fire in Paddock Lake, community asks for help

Fire destroys family home in Paddock Lake credit: Adrian Machalik KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A fire in Kenosha County destroyed a home on Wednesday, July 15, leaving a family in need of help.
It happened just after midnight on 67th Street, near 244th Avenue, in Paddock Lake.
Kenosha County officials say the fire may have been caused by an unattended burning candle. The home is a total loss.
In a social media post, the company Paddock Lake Fireworks, Inc. is asking for donations to assist the family left without a home -- a mother and her four kids ranging in age from 3 to 13.
