MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- In a news conference Friday, after Maxwell Anderson was sentenced to life in prison without parole, Sade Robinson's mother vowed to hold the businesses accountable that allegedly served Sade underage.
Earlier this week, a judge dismissed a lawsuit against Twisted Fisherman and Duke's on Water.
"You will not be able to serve minors," Sheena Scarbrough said. "You will be held accountable."
The lawsuit alleged the bars did not card Sade, and they continued to serve her as she became visibly intoxicated.
This negligence, the lawsuit said, led to Robinson becoming physically and mentally vulnerable.
