Family surprises 90-year-old New Berlin man with drive-by birthday parade

NEW BERLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One New Berlin 90-year-old still wanted to celebrate his birthday despite the pandemic, so his family found a way to make it happen.
Dale William Worden was greeted by friends and family with a mini parade around his driveway Tuesday.
Despite having to dodge some snowflakes, the family says it's an experience they won't forget.
"We had about 17 cars and about 40-50 people, all decorated, yelling and screaming, and I think he was very surprised," said daughter Wendy Smith. "He didn't know anything about it."
Four generations took part in the celebration.
Dale's great-great grandson was born just four weeks ago.
It was the first time they were able to see each other, despite social distancing.
