SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Sheboygan Police has finished their investigation into the fatal shooting and determined that the 47-year-old suspect, Mark Williams, died after being shot in the upper thigh.
The Police Department is not recommending any criminal charges.

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An Easter Sunday argument between two family members in Sheboygan turned deadly. A 47-year-old man was shot in the leg and ultimately died at the hospital.
The incident took place around 3:25 p.m. on the 2300 block of N. 28th St. in Sheboygan. According to police, the 47-year-old man and 46-year-old man struggled over a gun, leading to a gunshot wound to the leg of the 47-year-old man.
The man who was shot was transported to Saint Nicholas Hospital but ended up dying from the gunshot wound.
More information is expected in the coming days, but the incident is still under investigation.
