Expert says NFL bullying incident can be lesson for all

Miami Dolphins player Richie Incognito has been suspended indefinitely by his team, accused of bullying teammate Jonathan Martin.  It is alleged that Incognito used racial slurs as part of his hazing of Martin.

As a former commander in the US Marine Corps, and the founder of a workplace safety company, Dave Young knows about teamwork, and bullying.  He says most schools and workplaces aren't equipped to recognize and eliminate bullying, so it is up to classmates and co-workers to call attention to it.

CBS 58's Bill Walsh reports.
