Evers and state lawmakers approve cleanup on Milwaukee's rivers

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Governor Evers and state lawmakers have approved a river cleanup on Milwaukee's rivers.

This will allow the dredging of the rivers to remove sediment at the bottom.

The goal is to stop toxic material from flowing into Lake Michigan. A total of $260 million will be used.
