WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Emergency crews responded to a fatal industrial accident on Saturday, Dec. 7. 

According to the Waukesha Police Department, it happened at Prolec-GE in Waukesha around 2:36 p.m. 

Police say upon arrival, an unresponsive employee was located on top of a transformer. Despite lifesaving efforts, the employee was pronounced dead on scene.

Police say an investigation is being conducted and Prolec-GE is fully cooperating. They say the initial investigation revealed that electricity was a contributing source to the death, and no foul play is suspected.
