Elkhorn Police Department to host Child Safety Seat Inspection Day

Photo Credit: CNN ELKHORN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Elkhorn Police Department will be hosting a Child Safety Seat INspection Day on Monday, August 13 from 8 a.m. until noon.
The event will be held at the Elkhorn Police Department, located at 100 W. Walworth Street in Elkhorn.
Certified Child Passenger Technicians will inspect or install child safety seats.
Appointments generally take about 30 minutes and are preferred, however, walk-ins are welcome.
If you'd like to make an appointment, you're asked to call the Elkhorn Police Department at 262-723-2210 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you are unable to attend the event, you can contact the department to schedule an individual appointment, free of charge, with one of the certified technicians.
