East Bound I-43 Closed in Hales Corners Due to Accident

East bound I-43 at 124th Street in Hales Corners is closed at this hour due to a jackknifed semi-trailer truck. East bound traffic is being diverted off the freeway at Layton. The accident was reported around 8 AM. The Department of Transportation expects the freeway to be closed for at least one hour as the damaged semi is removed from the roadway.
