Eagle Police Officer praised for compassion shown towards teen waiting for school bus

EAGLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Police Officer in Eagle earns praise from his department for helping a young person in need. 

According to a post on the department's Facebook page, Officer Frank Emanuele saw a teenager waiting for a school bus in a jacket that didn't look warm enough for the cold weather.

When the officer learned the teen didn't have the money for a heavier coat, he arranged for a donation from a local women's group called 'Needle Nutz.'
