Dwayne Jobe accused of killing bar owner on Mother's Day

MILWAUKEE -- 28-year-old Dwayne Jobe is charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon after allegedly shooting and killing bar owner Herman Paige.

According to the criminal complaint, Paige began clearing out the bar at bar time. Witnesses say Jobe wanted to wait for his mother to get out of the bathroom, but was told to wait outside. Jobe eventually had to be forcibly removed from the bar. Jobe's mother tried and failed to calm down her son once she got outside.

Witnesses tell police a large fight ensued outside Big C's. After the fight was broken up, Jobe left and returned with a gun saying \"What's up now?\"

The criminal complaint says Jobe walked in to the bar and fired approximately three shots before fleeing the scene. Multiple witnesses identified Jobe as the shooter in this incident.

If convicted, Jobe faces up to 70 years in jail.
