Drug Take Back Day to be held Saturday

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) – A statewide Drug Take Back Day is being held on Saturday.

The purpose of the day is to safely dispose of prescription painkillers and other medications at designated locations throughout the community.

According to a press release, around 312 local law enforcement agencies will be holding events on Saturday.

Over-the-counter medications, ointments, patches and inhalers can also be disposed of through the initiative.
