Driver Taken to Children's Hospital After Crashing Stolen Vehicle into Tree

The driver of a stolen vehicle that crashed in South Milwaukee on Monday was transported to Children’s Hospital.
Oak Creek Police received information that a suspect was operating a possible stolen vehicle.
When an officer attempted to stop the vehicle, the suspect attempted to flee northbound on 15th Avenue.
After a short distance, the vehicle crashed into a tree in front of a residence at the intersection of 15th Avenue and Lakeview Drive in South Milwaukee.
