Driver arrested for OWI after rolling car on Highway 164 in Waukesha County

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Sunday morning, August 19, just before 5 a.m. Waukesha County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a crash with injuries on Highway 164 near Skyline Avenue.

When officials arrived no one was in the car. After identifying the path the car traveled, deputies found the driver about 50 feet from the car in a tall grassy area. 

First responders determined the car was driving south on 164 when it crossed the median onto north 164 before going down a culvert, rolling and resting on its roof. 

The driver was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries and ticketed for first offense OWI.
