Donations needed for dog involved in recent car vs train crash

OSHKOSH - (WFRV) A dog involved in the car versus train accident last Friday is in need of help to save her life.

One-year-old Elsa was found injured and bleeding the day after the crash. She's currently at the Oshkosh Area Humane Society and staff hopes the community will rally to help her get a second chance at a happy life.

The estimated cost of the surgery is around $5,000. A donor who knows Elsa's story has offered to match up to $1,500 in donations.
