WAUPUN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It's the latest on effort to improve conditions at two state prisons at Waupun and Green Bay.
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections said they are loosening certain restrictions on Wednesday, Jan. 31.
The DOC says at Waupun, the facility now allows two periods of recreation time weekly for inmates, video visitation time, and at least two showers a week.
In Green Bay, inmates receive one period of recreation time each week.
They resumed in-prison visitation in November.
