MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Emotional eating during these stressful times can get you down as your weight goes up. The closed gyms don’t help matters either. The experts from GYMGUYZ say turning your home into a makeshift gymnasium is easier than you think. All you need is an empty space, a few weights or milk jugs, and about 30 minutes every other day. The results may surprise with the little effort.
Benji Rossman, a GYMGUYZ owner, says one of the most thorough exercises you can do -- according to him -- is a burpee. It’s basically going from a standing position to a raised plank, then bring your feet toward your hands followed by a leap into the air with your arms straight above you. Repeat.
