DNR asks public to report moose sightings

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin DNR is asking the public to report any moose sightings throughout the state. A few sightings have already been reported in northern Wisconsin over the past week.

According to the DNR, this is a time of year when bull moose suddenly start appearing to find a mate and make themselves seen after a year of hiding.

Moose sightings should be reported here.

The DNR reminds the public that moose are best enjoyed from a distance.
