Kevin Smith's 'Mooby's' pop-up restaurant at Up-Down MKE through June 14

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Fans of Hollywood Director Kevin Smith are headed to Up-Down MKE to get a taste of the Mooby's pop-up restaurant.
Mooby's is a fictional fast food chain that has appeared in several of Smith's movies including "Clerks 2" and "Dogma."
Customers can order a Mooby's meal and purchase special merchandise while at the bar.
For movie fans, it's a one-of-a-kind experience they won't want to miss.
"It's kinda like a seedy fast food joint, super niche, super kitschy, super fun," said Marketing Manager Erin Opar. "It's a very fun experience the way we've got the bar set up and the patio set up, it's a good time."
The Mooby's pop-up will stay in Milwaukee through Monday, June 14.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The fictional restaurant made famous by cult comedies "Clerks," "Dogma" and "Jay and Silent Bob" is coming to Milwaukee.
Director Kevin Smith's Mooby's pop-up experience will take over the second floor of Brady Street's Up-Down arcade bar June 7-14.
Smith has taken the pop-up restaurant across the country during the pandemic in hopes of drumming up business for the host establishments.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, May 26.
