Details released for Tosa's Independence Day Celebration
Details have been released for Wauwatosa's Independence Day Celebration which will be held on Tuesday, July 4. The parade will start at 9:00 AM on North Avenue.
The 82nd year celebration is one of the largest parades in the state and features over 100 units. The parade proceeds West on North Avenue between 80th Street and 104th Street. This year’s parade will include several new marching bands, Floats, Veteran Associations, Antique Autos.
The fun will continue at Hart Park from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with inflatable rides and musical entertainment. Food and drink concessions will be available and ABBA Saultes! will take the Rotary Stage at 7:30 PM.
Fireworks start at 9:15 PM and can be viewed best from open area between 70th – 72nd Street and the Rotary Stage. The rain date for fireworks is July 5th.
