Charges referred for Delavan man accused of stealing Lynxes from Animal Gardens

Charges have been referred for a Delavan man in connection with stealing two Siberian Lynx from Animal Gardens. The suspect appeared in Walworth County Court at 1:15 PM Friday.
The police department is still investigating the case for potential other suspects.
The two 7-week-old Siberian Lynx were stolen during the evening of July 3 or morning of July 4.
The Lynx were returned during the evening of July 5. The animals were hungry but in good health.
