1 dead, 2 wounded in double shooting near 38th and Congress

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim who died as Thomas E. Jones.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting near 38th and Congress that happened around 3 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, according to the department.
A 38-year-old sustained fatal gunshot injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. A 40-year-old and 36-year-old went to a local hospital for treatment
No suspects have been identified, and the circumstances are under investigation.

Multiple Milwaukee Police Department units were at the scene as of around 5 a.m. Thursday.
