MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police have a suspect in custody after a 44-year-old man was killed in Kosciuszko Park Tuesday.
Police say the suspect "intentionally removed" an artificial trachea from the man's neck. The man, who police have identified as Mark Solorio, died at the scene.
According to Milwaukee Police, the Solorio and the suspect knew each other and it was not a random attack.
The case is being sent to the District Attorney's Office to review charges.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide in Kosciuszko Park that happened on Tuesday.
Authorities say they were called around 4:50 p.m. The 44-year-old male victim who had a permanent medical device, got into a fight with another subject. During the fight the victim's medical device dislodged and the man died at the scene.
A suspect was arrested.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A death investigation is currently underway at Kosciuszko Park.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner confirms that they were called out to the park, located near 9th and Lincoln, on Tuesday evening.
The Medical Examiner says its too early to tell whether or not the death is suspicious at this point.
Police are on scene.
