WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- After dealing with August's historic flooding, Wauwatosa West High School theater is back better than ever.
Tomorrow, Nov. 14, the school will be the first and only high school in the nation to perform "Dear Evan Hansen - The High School Version."
The school has been working for months to produce the pilot show.
The school's Theatre Director Adam Steffan says, it's been the opportunity of a lifetime and a chance to shine a spotlight on mental health.
"What we are talking about is heavy but it's important," said Steffan. "These are conversations that take place at the high school and what an opportunity it is to be able to do it through the lens of theater."
Opening night is tomorrow and it runs all weekend long!
If you can't make it, the show makes a comeback running again the following weekend as well.
