KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Dash cam video shows last week's slow-speed chase in Kenosha County.
The pursuit, involving several squads, was slow because the driver was riding on his tire rims after rolling over spike strips.
Police say the driver, 31-year-old David Seal, sped away from a traffic stop in the city of Kenosha. That's when the chase started.
Eventually, police gave up the chase and sheriff's deputies took over, using the spike strips to deflate the tires.
The car wound up in a ditch, and that's when deputies made the arrest.
