MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Feels like it hit all at once. It's officially summer, and the temperatures will feel like it. Big time!! Look for highs well in the 90s all weekend long. The humidity will make it feel 105 degrees plus for many. In fact, there's an Extreme Heat Warning in affect from noon Saturday through 7 PM Monday for Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha Counties. It's a heat advisory for everyone else. Also, keep in mind to stay off Lake Michigan on Saturday due to high wind and waves along with rip currents.
Please limit your time outside, including the pets, and make sure you're staying hydrated. If you don't have A/C, make sure to find a cooling center.
I do see relief in the heat by Tuesday along with a better chance of rain and storms. The stormy pattern should stick around most of the week as well as a stationary boundary stretches itself out across the area. Highs then will be in the 80s. Lows 60s to near 70.
