Cudahy police: Missing, endangered woman found safe

CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Cudahy police say Butler was found safe.

CUDAHY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Cudahy Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing endangered woman.
Charu Butler was last seen at her group home on Dec. 22, 2021.
Police say Butler was wearing a heavy black winter jacket, black sweatpants, and carrying a black backpack.
She told officers in the past that she wished to get on a plane and fly to Florida or Texas. Butler has a history of serious mental health issues.
