Crews respond to fire in abandoned Milwaukee house

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee Fire Department is investigating a fire that started at an abandoned house Thursday morning.

Authorities were called to the home near 7^th and Messmer around 4:20 a.m.

No one was hurt. Fire crews say there is extensive damage to the outside of the home.

Milwaukee Fire found a possible accelerant on the outside of the building and are looking into the possibility that the fire was arson. Milwaukee Police is investigating.
