WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Outlaw Oyster, a seafood restaurant inspired by the Northwoods smoked fish tradition and Northeast Coast oyster bars, opened to the public on Monday, Feb. 12. The restaurant is owned and operated by Devin Eichler, who also owns Crafty Cow.
He joined us on Monday, March 10 to chat about both.
The Outlaw Oyster menu features a selection of oysters, table appetizers and seafood sandwiches. Among the offerings are fried green tomatoes, a lobster claw basket, smoked salmon carpaccio, lobster roll sliders, a classic fish sandwich and a whitefish melt.
Crafty Cow, known for its burgers and comfort food, has a menu that includes cheeseburgers, fried chicken sandwiches and specialty items such as the fried onion butter burger.
