Cousins Subs introduces Lent-friendly Spicy Tuna Sub for a limited time

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee-based sandwich chain Cousins Subs has announced a new, limited-time menu addition for those seeking a Lent-friendly meal option.

The Spicy Tuna Sub is a new offering, aiming to blend flavors that are designed to cater to customers during the Lenten season.

The new sandwich features a combination of tuna and mayonnaise, topped with cheddar cheese, Cousins' famous Hot Pepper Relish, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and oregano on Italian bread.

Cousins Subs representative Joe Prusha joined us on Monday, March 20 to offer a demonstration of how the Spicy Tuna Sub is made.
