Marcelia Nicholson's car crashed into a median on I-43 in July and she was taken into custody for her first OWI arrest.
In court Wednesday, her attorney entered the no-contest plea and two other charges were dismissed.
"The supervisor accepts responsibility for this. She takes ownership of this. She's extremely embarrassed by this mistake and apologizes to her constituents, her colleagues, and the community in general," said attorney Michael Maistelman.
The court revoked Nicholson's driving privileges for six months, fined her, and ordered her into an alcohol assessment program and ordered an ignition interlock for any vehicle she drives.
