Cosby's Attorneys Say He is Legally Blind and Therefore Charges Should be Dropped

The criminal case against Bill Cosby goes to court again today, where his lawyers will ask the judge to dismiss the charges.

Cosby faces three felony indecent assault charges.

They all stem from an incident in 2004 Involving an employee at Temple University.

In a motion filed last week, Cosby's attorneys said he is "legally blind."

They claim that prevents the 79-year-old from seeing his accusers and could hamper his defense.

At today's hearing Cosby's attorneys will ask the judge to dismiss the charges against him.
