Convicted Felon Wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Found in West Bend

A convicted felon wanted by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement was found in West Bend on Saturday.

 West Bend officers investigated a report of a man that was wanted by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) living at a residence in the 1300 block of East Kilbourn Avenue. Officers located the 31 year old male at the residence.

The man gave officers a false name and a false United States Permanent Resident Identification card.

The investigation determined that the man had been previously convicted of Homicide in Chicago, served several years in prison and was subsequently deported back to Mexico. The man was arrested for a Federal Felony Warrant - Immigration Violation, Obstructing an Officer, and Possessing a False Identification Card.
