"Coming back to shed blood:" Man arrested for disorderly conduct after threatening Germantown bartender

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Sheriff's Office responded to a Germantown tavern to investigate a disorderly conduct complaint shortly before midnight on Tuesday.

The investigating deputy met with the suspect, identified as a 37-year-old Village of Germantown man, in the parking lot. It was determined that the man was in the establishment an hour earlier and was asked to leave by the bartender since he was highly intoxicated.

The investigation revealed that the 37-year-old man began sending text messages to the bartender stating he was "coming back to shed blood." Shortly after, he returned to the tavern but was unable to make entrance since the door was locked.

The man is now facing disorderly conduct charges.
