FOX POINT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Garbage day isn't just another day in Fox Point. For collector Steve Schulteis in particular, and for those along his route, it's a chance to exchange smiles. Not just any public works employee, Steve has made a lasting impression on the families he serves. So much so that his truck is often filled with gifts and letters of thanks.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Brittany Lewis introduced the man collecting, and giving out kindness.
