MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A civil rights lawsuit will be filed in federal court Tuesday on behalf of Milwaukee Bucks player Sterling Brown.
The lawsuit is related to his January 26th arrest by Milwaukee Police for a parking violation. Recently released police body cam video shows officers taking Brown to the ground and tasing him.
The police handling of the situation has drawn outrage from the community.
Three officers were suspended.
