City of Milwaukee files complaint against Dynacare Laboratories

MILWAUKEE -- The City of Milwaukee is filing a formal complaint against Dynacare Laboratories for losing private information of over 9,000 city employees and their partners.

On November 15th, a car from Dynacare was stolen. Inside that car was a flash drive containing Milwaukee employee information including names, addresses, dates of birth and social security numbers.

City Attorney Grant Langley cites Dynacare's unwillingness to communicate or cooperate with the city to release details of its investigation. Langley also calls Dynacare's previous comments made to local media misleading.

Dynacare is a contractor used by Froedtert's Workforce Health Department in connection with the City of Milwaukee's Wellness Program.
