City of Greenfield add e-cigarettes to smoking ban

GREENFIELD -- The City of Greenfield Common Council voted to include electronic smoking devices in the city's enforcement of the smoking ban.

The new city ordinance disallows electronic smoking devices inside Greenfield school building, and grounds, municipal buildings, and all indoor workplaces.

City of Greenfield Health Officer Darren Rausch says, \"This ordinance protects the public health, safety, comfort, and general welfare of the residents of Greenfield.\"
