BURLINGTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The City of Burlington is celebrating two teams.
"It was just so unreal to have both teams come together like this," said Katie Goethal, Catholic Central junior.
Burlington High School and Catholic Central High Schools both won volleyball championships over the weekend.
A police escort brought both teams and the city together for a combined celebration.
"Like Mayor Hefty said, title town volleyball is a pretty cool way to describe our little city," said Maddie Berezowitz, a Burlington High School senior.
This is not the first time Burlington High and Catholic Central have celebrated together.
Both teams won WIAA Volleyball Championship titles in 2011 and 2012.
