Church opens doors to residents during cold weather

MILWAUKEE -- People have a place to go if they find themselves stuck in the cold.  Desatar Ministry near 13th and Becher opened Sunday at noon and will remain open until at least Wednesday at noon. 

Organizers worried about having enough volunteers.  The pastor says they've had so many people volunteer, they've had to turn some away. 

They also have an abundance of warm clothing.  So many people donated that they might have another event to give it away.
