MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A "thank you" is always appreciated, but a "thank you" with pizzas? Now you're talking!
Chuck E. Cheese donated 20 pizzas to the Milwaukee Fire Department firehouse Friday, May 14, on S. Chase.
It's all part of the company's second annual Day of Giving.
"We appreciate that the fire department is in our community, so we thought we'd pick them this year," said Jeffery Bartlett, general manager at Chuck E. Cheese. "Last year we picked the police department and we appreciate their services to our community."
The firefighters won't eat all of the pizza.
They're planning on sharing some of it with houses in the neighborhood.
