Charges pending against Shorewood High School aide

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office is considering pressing charges against a Shorewood High School aide. Prosecutors are reviewing possible charges of exposing a child to harmful materials.
The Shorewood School District has suspended the aide without pay while officials continue their investigation into his behavior with students.
School officials tell us they can't talk about the details of this case until an investigation into matter has concluded.
CBS 58 is not naming the school aide, because he has yet to be formally charged with a crime.
