MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 19-year-old man is now charged in connection with a shooting that hurt a 12-year-old boy.Â
Police arrested Michael Montey on December 6 in Franklin. A witness told police Montey was the one who fired a gun inside an apartment building on 24th and National on December 4.Â
The bullet went through the ceiling and into 12-year-old Isaiah Acosta's bedroom. It shot him in the foot while he was asleep.Â
Montey was on bail at the time and was not supposed to have a firearm.Â
Montey is expected to be in court on December 18.Â
