Ceremony held for grand opening of Ricardo Diaz Early Learning Academy

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- United Community Center officials opened the Ricardo Diaz Early Learning Academy Friday morning, June 4. 

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to commemorate the grand opening on Becher Street in Milwaukee, where the academy is located.

UCC will be welcoming little learners from six weeks to 3 years old in the new space.

The building was named in honor of now retired UCC Executive Director Ricardo Diaz.
