Four suspects, one armed, carjacked a victim near Sugar Maple in Bay View on Thursday night.

Milwaukee Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened on March 9, around 10:40 p.m. in the 2200 block of S. Winchester Street. 

Four suspects, one armed with a handgun, demanded and obtained the victim’s property. 

According to police, the suspects fled the area in the victim’s vehicle. 

Milwaukee Police Officers located the victim’s vehicle and attempted a traffic stop. 

The vehicle fled and officers pursued it.  The vehicle was involved in a crash at 5th and National Avenue and a 15 year old male was taken into custody. 

The investigation is ongoing and MPD is seeking the other suspects.
