Candy Buy Back Today

Today your kids can get cash for candy!

For the ninth year Levine Dental in Brown Deer is accepting donations.

Kids will get $1.50 per pound.

You don't have to be a patient to participate.

And according to Dental Assistant Matt Vandermeuse, kids won't even have to give up their favorites.

"No, you can keep the good stuff. All the chocolate and chewy stuff you want but...we'll gladly take the rest of it. And we package all that up. It goes to organizations that make care packages for the troops who are serving overseas and they send it out all over the world."

He estimates Levine Dental has collected about 2,700 pounds of candy since it started the program.

Candy buy back at Levine Dental is today from 1 to 5.

Another area dentist is also helping your kids get rid of some of that Halloween loot!

Trick-or-treaters can bring up to 10 pounds of extra candy to Pewaukee Dental for $1.00 per pound.

The kids will also get a goody bag filled with a toothbrush, stickers, and free kids meals.

The dental office will donate all of the candy to deployed troops.

You can trade in the candy at Pewaukee Dental from 4 to 6 tonight.
